Declaring our faithfulness to God

The gospel shows the definitive covenant declared by the apostles especially Peter who said, "To whom shall we go?  You have the words of everlasting life."

We are meant to confront ourselves whether we want to follow God or not.  But let me tell you about what happens when a some abandons or stays committed to do God's work.

But before that let me tell you what happens when Jesus said, "It is the spirit that gives life."  This calls us to place our whole being of the Spirit or the breathe of life that is God.  Thus, we acknowledge that without Him, we would simply be earth.

Second, it is the Spirit that molds our heart and lives.  Those who don't want to follow God continue to abuse God's gift for themselves.  They don't have the heat for others.  Zombie is a fitting word for people who continue to trod this earth without the Spirit of the Lord.

Third, those who stay united with God do His work on earth.  His work is their work.  It is not simply doing good and avoiding evil but the craft of healing the world and filling it with his Spirit.

Do we really have a choice?  Choose to follow God and we choose life.  Any decision is from the evil one.
